Generations of the icdt

1st generation

In the first generation of the icdt, the doors were still operated via bowden cables. The positioning took place via the freewheel.

2nd generation

In the second generation of the icdt, the freewheel is clamped to allow free positioning. When using the door, our intelligent uact actuators are now used. They make it possible to open and close the doors.

 3rd generation

The mass of the freewheel is decoupled from the door attachment. Thus, the load on the door is reduced because not so much weight is stored on it. When using the door, our uact actuators will also be used in the future.
