Diffractive Moment Test System
This system is able to test autonomous vehicles.
The test system measures the torque of the cardan joint within the steering column. The cardan joint with its both shaft is connected to the test bench and will be driven by the actuator. The device under test will be connected via torque shaft with the actuator. The other end of the device under test is connected to the load simulation actuator to simulate the force which are born by the steering. The adjustment can be done either in automatic mode or manually via keyboard. During the test, the software records the characteristic parameters such as current, current ripple, voltage, path, torque, hall pulses and speed. This provides the user with an accurate evaluation after the test.
