Modular test systems
The concept of the modular test systems is achieved by modularising both – the test bench control including the safety technology and the test bench hardware.
The Central Station (CS) is the brain of the modular concept. This is the main control for all test bench modules.
Our test systems for vehicle doors and flaps
Our precise test stands for doors and flaps can be individually planned. We offer you the possibility to automatically simulate the opening and closing of the doors by robots, our iCDT and externally with the TME. Brand new in the program is our iCDT 270 ° Cargo! It is perfect for testing cargo doors typically found on vans or buses!
Of course, with our systems you can also test hoods or tailgates fully automatically. Our product portfolio offers the test stands rMOT and lMOT which can be flexibly mounted. They act “externally” on the bodywork. This product sector is complemented by the 2D flap tester and the Hydra, which open and close the DUTs from the inside of the engine compartment .
Just like all our test benches – our test systems for doors and flaps also work with our intelligent software ACTERE.
Test systems for mechatronical components
We have the right test system on offer or are happy to develop it for you. Of course, your requirements and wishes are taken into account. Even accessories, such as the jack, you can undergo a long-term test with our test stands.
Test systems for E-Mobility
We have made it our mission to optimize the testing of electric travel drives. This requires electronic components that are specifically geared to your application and do not come “off the peg”. The test benches for e-mobility from KARING are therefore optimally tailored to your needs. The testing process is thus simpler, cheaper and more effective.
Our e-mobility test systems are all designed and redesigned according to customer specifications. Furthermore, they offer you an intelligent real-time measurement, PIL with Simulink Real-Time and work with our intelligent software ACTERE.
Test systems for drives
For example, our DuT-A modular is suitable both for testing window regulator motors and for simulating a complete vehicle. The results of your measurements are supplied reliably by our systems via the ACTERE software.
